Came to see Dr. Niveen for my two-year-old, and I just had to share how wonderful the experience was. I rarely put reviews but this one needed one! All of the ladies there were so lovely and helpful … one even offered to help with my newborn while I focused on my toddler. Dr. Niveen herself was incredible. My son has never let any doctor, specialist, or anyone touch his ears before, but she made him feel so comfortable. She engaged him in such a fun, gentle way during his hearing test, and for the first time, he actually cooperated! I’ve never had such a positive experience with a specialist, and I truly appreciate the care and kindness we received!
